How the KelaPept local preview stores test accounts, orders, enquiries, subscriptions and shopping sessions.
This notice describes the local development installation. The company identity, public contact details, processors and applicable commercial privacy terms must be finalized before public launch.
Order and account forms store the details entered into WordPress and WooCommerce. Contact forms save your name, email, country, subject and message. Newsletter forms save the address and consent submitted. Use fictional data for local testing.
These records support testing of order management, enquiry handling and subscription workflows. They remain in the local database unless an administrator exports them or connects an external service.
WordPress and WooCommerce use session and account cookies to support authentication and the shopping bag. This build does not add advertising trackers or a live newsletter provider.
The demonstration checkout collects no card details and does not process a financial transaction. A live payment provider would require its own documented data handling.
Administrators can review and remove local test records. Before commercial launch, define retention periods, the responsible contact and a process for access, correction and deletion requests.
New catalogue entries, documentation updates and practical reading.
