A useful GHK-Cu specification connects a molecular description to measurable batch information. Appearance can be recorded as an observation, but a blue colour is not a quantitative test of concentration or a substitute for analytical evidence.
Ask what part of the preparation a reported method evaluates. Peptide-associated signals, copper-related measurements and gross preparation mass are not automatically equivalent quantities. This distinction matters when two reports use the same name but describe different analytical approaches.
